By commissioning me, you agree to the following Terms of Service:
General:⟡ Terms of Service and prices are subject to change at any time. You are only subject to the ToS and prices agreed upon at the time of the transaction.
⟡ I reserve the right to reject a commission for any reason.⟡ Please keep in mind:
I can draw: fanart, OCs, NSFW, furry
I cannot draw*: real people, mecha, gore, extreme NSFWThese subjects may be discussed and could require an additional fee
Deadlines⟡The estimated turnaround time up to 2 months.
⟡The deadline starts from the moment the payment is received.! Please communicate as clearly as possible so your commission can be completed on time.You can check the status of your commission on my Trello
Payment:Payments are accepted via:⟡ My PayPal: [email protected]Due to PayPal limitations in Ukraine caused by Russian aggression, payments are processed as “Friends and Family” transfers (donations).- please just write your nickname that’s all
⟡ or you can use my VGen ⟡ Full payment is required before I start working on a commission. Partial payment is also possible (50% upfront and the remaining 50% after sketch/line approval).
Art Process⟡ After receiving payment, I will send you a sketch. For complex commissions, I may provide multiple composition options.
⟡ Once the sketch is approved, I will proceed with the final artwork.
⟡ You may request minor changes — the first revision is free; the cost of additional revisions will be discussed individually.
⟡ For complex or long-term commissions, I will provide WIPs periodically to confirm details or for general progress check-ins.
⟡ At the final stage, only minor fixes (e.g., small color corrections or missing details) are free. Major edits are subject to additional fees.

For individual, non-commercial and non-monetized uses onlyCommercial: Content
For content creators and businesses who want to use the asset as part of creating and distributing commercial and monetized digital contentCommercial: Merchandising - +$150 to the final price
For businesses who want to create, promote, and re-sell their own digital or physical end products made with the asset
Additional⟡ All rights to the illustrations remain with the artist.
⟡ No refunds will be issued once the artwork has been completed.⟡ All commissioned pieces may be added to my portfolio with a watermark.
⟡ Private commissions are available for an additional fee(+10%). Please inform me in advance if you do not want your artwork to be published.
⟡ If your commission is a gift, you may request a delayed publication date.
⟡ I only publish commissions in my portfolio with a watermark. NSFW commissions may be published on my Patreon (I can provide a screenshot as proof).
⟡ You may post the artwork you receive on your social media and credit me as the artist if you wish.
Custom Designs and Adoptables:⟡ I can create a character design for you using text descriptions, collages, sketches, playlists, and other references. Pricing for these is calculated separately, but revisions during the design process are unlimited and free of charge.⟡ Characters I have created, such as “Custom Design” and “Adopt,” come with a permanent 10% discount on future artwork featuring them, applied to the final price.⟡ You are not permitted to sell designs created by me for a higher price than you paid for them. The only exception is if you have commissioned additional artwork featuring this character from me or other artists, and wish to sell or exchange this character for a similar price. Please do not create new auctions immediately after purchasing a character from me. My name will always be credited as the creator of this character.⟡ If you’re on ToyHouse / VGen, please let me know and I’ll transfer the rights to this character to you there.
*Please keep in mind that I am an artist from Ukraine. The war is still ongoing, and my country suffers from shelling every day. Please try not to ask me to draw Russian characters; it is very upsetting to create artwork of people who are killing us.I do not need special donations just because I am Ukrainian, but please consider supporting victims of the war:Thank you for your interest in commissioning me!
